Minh Pham- Head Instructor
He currently holds the rank of Shoden in Shinshin Toitsu Ki Development, and Sandan in Ki Aikido. Minh is also a Qualified Assistant Examiner in Ki Aikido.

Aikido- beginner's focus, open to all levels (ages 14 and up) Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-9PM

Breathing and Meditation (all ages welcome)
Mondays and Fridays 7am to 8am

Ki Development and Chi Kung
